Itinerary Honeymoon Safari 11-days

 

Arrive at JRO AIRPORT in the afternoon. Collected by a Wayo Africa representative and transfer to stunning Gibbs Farm Lodge. Enjoy your contemporary colonial garden room set in stunning gardens and surrounded coffee plantastions. The rooms are all different with a welcome fire should the weather dictate. Enjoy freshly cooked supper with produce from the farm and house wines.

Enjoy a restful day at this beautiful plantation lodge, with swimming pool and exceptional food and strolls around the coffee plantation. Delve into the spa facilities and enjoy a couples massage.

Depart Gibbs after breakfast and drive into the Ngorongoro Conservation area. Game drive onto the crater floor, your guide will find you somewhere peaceful to have lunch. Continue exploring the local area and drive out of the crater towards Entemanu Luxury Tented Camp.

Wake up in this beautiful, remote part of the Ngorongoro conservation area. Freshly cooked breakfast and then set off on a game drive in persuit of the Wayo Africa Serengeti Green Camp, exploring the short grass plains during the migration calving season and arrive in camp for sundowers.

A day of game driving and exploring the area. Time to relax in camp should you wish and return back for sundowners and a freshly cooked supper by an open fire.

A very early start for you today; you will be enjoying the dawn from a hot air balloon ride giving you incredible views over the whole of the Serengeti. Your experience will be finished by 9.45am giving you time to rest and plan the remainder of your last day in the serengeti with your personal guide. Sundowners and supper for your last night in The Serengeti during this beautiful time of year.

 

Day 7 - 10.

Game drive towards the Ndutu Airstrip and fly to Zanzibar. Transfer to Jua Retreat. Situated on an elevated position overlooking the Indian Ocean and the horizon, Jua offers blissful barefoot luxury. Untouched beaches , untamed nature and warm service makes Jua Villas a special place.


The villas has unique African furniture and as there are no windows in Jua you get a 180°view of both sea and the sky. You will have a small private plunge pool overlooking the Ocean. 

Day 11 - 14

Transfer from Jua Retreat to Z-Hotel set in the North of the island. This is the spot to be if staying in Nungwi - just on the beach walk where people pass, play on the beach and enjoy the sunset. The has several cozy bars and restaurants, all with sunset, as well as a cafe.

Depart on Day 14 from Zanzibar and fly to Dar es Salaam.
